Legal Processing

As a part of setting up your business in Dubai, we will process the following:

  • Submit proposed COMPANY NAME and REGISTRATION APPLICATION to the DEPARTMENT OF ECCONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (DED)
  • Notarize the company’s MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION in DED
  • File company documents from DED
  • Obtain TRADE LICENSE from the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY
  • Submit application for the ESTABLISHMENT CARD to the MINISTRY OF LABOR
  • Ensure REGISTRATION OF NATIVE WORKERS at the MINISTRY OF LABOR and GENERAL AUTHORITY FOR PENSION AND SOCIAL SECURITY

Licensing

The basic qualification for all business activity at Dubai is to implement one of the following categories of licenses:

  • INDUSTRIAL LICENSES – for manufacturing or industrial activities
  • COMMERCIAL LICENSES – for trading activities
  • PROFESSIONAL LICENSES – for artisans, craftsmen, professions and services

Company Requirements

We will also ensure that your company formation documents are efficiently handled and are fully legal, by taking care of the following:

  • Certified Copy of Tenancy Contract
  • Approval Document from Legal Affairs Department
  • Approval Documents from Ministry of Economy and other government entities (If required).
  • Partnership Contract Certificate from the Notary Public
  • Trade Name Certificate
  • License Form
  • Sign Board
  • Photocopies of Technical Evaluation Report
  • Stamped Visa form from Immigration Department
  • Photocopies of Visa, Passport, NOC, Residency Certificate, Land Map or Ownership Certificate, National ID and Family Book
